‘I’m not the man I used to be’

The man said:
‘I’m not the man I used to be’…
I said:
You’re the man you choose to be!

WARNING: Just cause you’re retired doesn’t mean ‘kick back put your feet up’… it means ‘Kick Back Baby!’

As you approach your later years, you may feel like a different man than you are used to being. If you don’t feel physically as strong or have aches and pains, then you put ‘getting into shape’ on your priority list of things you want to do. You may still not be the man you used to be even after working at it, however, you will be better than you were before you started!
There is only so much you can change. Look at the advantages you have as you age, what wisdoms you have obtained. Know your limitations and plan accordingly, need more time, need help, etc. If it is something that needs to be outsourced, then do that! Free up your time for things you can do and/or enjoy doing. It will free you up especially for your most valuable asset, your brain!
What can you do to utilize your brain that will help you succeed? It’s your duty to succeed! Not only for yourself, also for your family and the others whose lives you may touch. Leave the world a better place than you found it! Right?! Make each breath you take, take your breath away. Live life to the fullest! Don’t waste another minute!
Especially as I get older I see more and more the value of time. I realize now, more than ever, once that second, minute, hour is gone it’s gone. It’s irreplaceable. Live life to the fullest! What can you do today to make your life and others feel maxed out with a full life? Now, go do it!! Don’t wait another minute! Do what what makes you feel fulfilled!! Love yourself, your day, your life and those around you! ❤️
